Yearly town fiesta celebration every August 23.During this celebration there are activities such as sports tournaments, singing contest and beauty contest of beautiful ladies representing the different Barangay's in the municipality. Visitor's flocks from different places to witness the said events.
Araw ng Sergio Osmena is every June 22. This is the anniversary for the declaration of Sergio Osmena as town. There are also activities like sports tournaments.
Palarong Panlalawigan 2004 is held in the municipality of Sergio Osmena under the administration of Hon. Augustines Magsalay the mayor of the municipality.
